✦ Firstly, I must stress that I reserve all the rights to post the final artwork to my portfolio or my social media, and I can tag you in the post if you would like✦ I also hold all rights to the piece itself. The artwork must solely be for personal use, If you want a commercial contract, then please email me instead✦ I also ask that no one put my art on websites or shops as their own. I am fine with reposting on social media, as long as I am clearly credited on the post.✶ Any attempts of taking my artworks and minting them as NFTs or being used as AI generator food are strictly, absolutely prohibited and if I find out or get notified of such, you will be blacklisted and blocked on all of my socials.
✦ When I see your request, I will contact you! However, keep in mind that I can either accept it or deny it.✦ Things that will make me refuse a commission instantly:
- Heavy NSFW & fetish art
- Urban/City Environments
- Mechas/Guns
- Generally anything implicitly or explicitly hateful
- Rude Behaviour.✦ Light gore and artistic nudity are fine! otherwise I'm open to draw just about anything ^^✦ I don't do fanart commissions! However OCs based on existing media are very welcome. (i.e: Pokemon ocs, Warrior Cats ocs, spidersonas, etc.)✦ If I accept your request, you'll be put on my waitlist! This is for me to keep track of how many commissions I am currently working on, their payment status and completion status✦ Payment is only USD through Paypal. I will take 25$ after the sketch is completed and approved. The rest of the payment will come through after the illustration is complete - Invoice will be sent to the email you have provided in your request✦ If you can, send multiple visual references of your character(s); Every bit of information to help me capture what you have in mind helps, so things like personality and likes/dislikes are super helpful and helps me get a feel for the character and be more in tune for ideas. (If you have a specific composition or pose in mind, please tell me about it! You can sketch it out and send to me so I can visualize it better too ^^)✦ During the process of the commission I will send constant wips, and during these times you can ask for free minor adjustments. Over 3 minor adjustments that were not accounted for in the references I was given will warant a fee of 30$✦ Extra characters will cost an additional 70% of the full price each!✦ If you do not want me to post WIPs to my socials, even if they are safely watermarked as wips, I will charge you for an additional NDA fee of 20$✦ After the commission is done and the payment has been received, I'll send the .png and .jpg files to your email. You can request for me to send the .psd file as well, or a .pdf for personal use such as printing.✦ Refunds or cancellations of commissions: I do not take refunds, but cancellations are available only if I'm still in the sketch phase.
